Why I Created This Challenge For You..
When perimenopause first hit me, I didn’t know what was happening.
I was doing everything I had always done —morning quiet time with Jesus, training consistently, eating well — and suddenly my body stopped responding.
The unexplained weight gain.
The exhaustion.
The brain fog.
The bloating.
The night sweats, joint pain, radical mood swings...
What made it even more confusing was that I had the head knowledge (or so I thought)
At the time, I held multiple certifications in nutrition and training.
I had nearly two decades of experience in the industry.
I was running my gyms, leading my team, managing family life as a wife, mom, and bonus mom.
My team and I had helped thousands of people achieve the bodies and confidence they wanted.
And yet…I felt like a stranger in my own body.
And worse… I quietly wondered whether I could continue walking out the calling God had placed on my life — to equip and empower women to transform their health and confidence.

I eventually went to my doctor and specifically asked to have my hormones checked. I knew something was off.
I was dismissed.

She offered me a Xanax.
I left the appointment so frustrated that I broke down in my car.
And that moment became my breakthrough.
I decided to once again be my own advocate — to find the root cause and pursue natural, sustainable solutions instead of masking symptoms.
Instead of shrinking or settling, I chose to become a stronger student of midlife hormones, metabolism, and nervous system regulation.
And just as importantly, I chose to go deeper in applying God’s Word to my health.
Through deep study, real-life application, and faith-led discernment, I learned how to adjust my nutrition, training, stress management, and self-care in a way that truly supported my mind, body & hormones— without dieting, extremes, or abandoning myself.
