Tips:
👉 cook proteins in batches twice a week
👉 Have prewashed veggies on hand
👉 make your fridge your “fast food” go to of choice
👉 if you’re stuck a quick trip into sprouts on your way home does not take much longer then a drive-through and it will SAVE you time, energy and your waistline in the long run
